Remarkable cuisine, excellent service.

Many a visitor to the Provincetown area pores over listings and reviews to discover that special restaurant for a memorable night out. Just off the beaten path in North Truro is Babe's Mediterranean Bistro. Our visit there provided one of the most extraordinary dining experiences in recent memory. The emphasis on "Persian-influenced cuisine of the Eastern Mediterranean and North Africa" yielded some highly unusual and satisfying dishes, priced reasonably for fine dining and accompanied by impeccable service. I cannot recommend this place more highly - I hope that more people will get to sample a delightful evening out here, perhaps stepping away from crowded P-Town for the short drive (or shuttle) to Babe's.
