Every time I frequent Welstar spa, I am greeted with the friendliest of faces. The smell in the air is one of the most wonderful essences imaginable. I like to go in, if only, for an herbal cocktail. Every treatment I have experienced at Welstar has been 5-star !!!!! Thank you all for being there. You are like an oasis.
I especially love the organic products made on premise. Mahara has done an exquisite job providing a serene, home-like atmosphere for her clients. I've been to many spas across the map and this one exceeds them all.
I found the building beautiful but my wonderful experience ended there. I had the absolute worse massage I have ever had in my life. It felt like the young girl had never given a massage before. Her hands were like limp, dead fish. She didn't display any enthusiasm for her job. Also, the window was open and I could hear traffic and people, lots of background noise while trying to relax. I travel in my work and get messages frequently so I know what to expect. When checking out, I complained to the staff and they were less than helpful. They never offered any kind of compensation, or another massage, or gift certificate to the spa, nothing. I would never go back.
I had a wonderful experience at WELSTAR. The building is beautiful and every room is exquisitely designed. The staff is wonderful and the products are divine. I tested the aromatherapy oils to create a 'base' for my spa treatment and was able to bring it home with me. The facial was very nice and the hydro-aroma steam therapy was really great too. The staff is caring and professional and very informative. You can really see that everyone at WELSTAR cares very much about the wellness of each client.
I had a wonderful facial, manicure, and pedicure. I definitely reccomed that you go.
You'll feel wonderful whan you leave!
